The best way is to start your own HTML project, during the work try to understand HTML coding rules, than you will less depend on visual web designing tools. The best open source tools are Bluefish for web programming and Kompozer for the HTML - CSS coding. Also you can visit [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] to see some major web terms.
