Question Can I get a push in the right direction?

My problem is similar to Junior Member “blakkessence”
I purchased the #1888 template [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Several service tickets later, I still haven't figured out how to make it work! Once I get pass the basics I would like to add a CMS to post photos and other content efficiently. If anyone will at the very least point me in the right direction it would be more –combined- customer service than I’ve received from Flashmint.
Without product documentation, without affective customer service, without Live Chat or a blog community that's responsive and helpful... the product hype could dissipate or disappear.

Looks like a pretty old template.
I think you need to do an XML feed load first and then try to add a CMS. However this would be a custom solution already which means it usually costs a lot.
Btw there is plenty of ready-to-use solutions for photographers like [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
